Norvan Vartevan, DO, graduated from the prestigious University of Oklahoma in 2008. He received his bachelor’s degree in zoology from the College of Arts and Sciences. He then attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL. He graduated with his medical degree in 2012. Dr. Vartevan began his anesthesia residency training at Nova Southeastern University in Miami, FL. Dr. Vartevan served as chief resident for two years during his residency training. After completing his training Dr. Vartevan has become board certified in Anesthesiology as well as procedural pain medicine. Dr. Vartevan decided to begin his own practice and started Camelback Interventional and Pain PLLC in 2019.

“I started Camelback Pain because I saw how many patients were getting operated on without the option of less invasive treatments as well as re gen options. I believe that patients should be given a chance to delay major surgery with less invasive means. Also, with the narcotic crisis there is a major problem with pain being covered up with pills. There are more appropriate options other than narcotics to help people with their pain, and they should be given that option.”
